Ragnarök is our hottest in-house sauce, built for chileheads who think ordinary hot sauce is just a condiment. It starts with bourbon-candied jalapeños and roasted vegetables, then unleashes a ridiculous army of peppers including ghost, smoked Caribbean red habanero, Wiri-Wiri, Aji Amarillo and Trinidad Moruga Scorpion.

Barrel-aged bourbon maple syrup brings a touch of sweetness to the destruction, while roasted garlic, onion, black pepper, dill and mustard add layers of savory, smoky and earthy flavor.

This isn't heat just for the sake of heat. Ragnarök tastes damn good while it's destroying you.
