Silly Chile currently ships only within the continental United States (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories).
If you’re located outside the continental U.S., please email us before placing an order at [your support email] to request a custom shipping quote.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Processing times may increase during sales, holidays, or high-volume periods.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout for continental U.S. orders unless otherwise stated in a promotion.
Custom shipping rates for non-continental locations will be provided via email upon request.

Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Silly Chile is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Order Issues
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Silly Chile is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
